These terms describe the authorized use of CelinAI ERP, user responsibilities, API credentials, data usage, prohibited activity, availability, liability, and contact information.
Authorized use
Users may use the service only for lawful internal business operations and only with authorization from the relevant seller organization.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for account security, accurate configuration, lawful data handling, and ensuring team members access only data they are authorized to use.
API credentials and authorization
Amazon SP-API access requires seller authorization. Credentials, refresh tokens, client secrets, and AWS secrets must be protected and may not be shared outside authorized workflows.
Data usage
CelinAI ERP uses authorized Amazon data only to provide internal ERP operations, reporting, synchronization, analysis, and workflow execution for the seller organization.
Prohibited use
Users may not use the service to violate law, bypass access controls, scrape unauthorized data, expose credentials, misuse buyer PII, or transfer Amazon data to unauthorized parties.
Availability disclaimer
Service availability may depend on hosting infrastructure, Amazon APIs, third-party providers, maintenance, and configuration. CelinAI may update or adjust features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CelinAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unauthorized-use damages arising from misuse, misconfiguration, or external service interruptions.
