Amazon Selling Partner API Integration

CelinAI ERP uses Amazon Selling Partner API only after authorization by the seller account owner. The integration is used to retrieve and manage data required for internal Amazon store operations.

The integration supports authorized seller operations such as listings, orders, reports, FBA inventory, pricing, fees, notifications, and seller-submitted listing updates. Public website visitors can read this explanation without logging in.

API usage scope

Listings and catalog data

Used for synchronizing MSKU, ASIN, title, product attributes, listing status, images, and local SKU mapping.

Orders

Used for internal order synchronization, order status tracking, sales reporting, and fulfillment workflow.

Reports

Used for authorized seller reports such as listing reports, inventory reports, and sales-related reports.

FBA inventory

Used for inventory visibility, stockout risk, replenishment planning, and shipment management.

Product pricing and fees

Used for pricing reference, fee estimation, and internal profit analysis.

Notifications

Used for order change notifications and event-driven synchronization when enabled.

Feeds and listing updates

Used only when the seller explicitly submits listing updates or product data changes through the ERP.

Amazon data commitments

CelinAI ERP does not access Amazon data without seller authorization.
CelinAI ERP does not sell or transfer Amazon seller data to third parties.
CelinAI ERP does not use Amazon buyer PII for advertising retargeting, profiling, or unrelated marketing.
CelinAI ERP stores credentials securely and restricts access based on user roles.
